Lactose-free base for Crème Brûlée dessert. Easy to prepare in just a few steps. Heat the panna cotta base in a saucepan to 70°C until it becomes liquid and completely dissolves. Do not boil! Divide into portions and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with sugar and caramelize with a gas burner, then garnish with fresh berries.
