Lactose-free base for Panna Cotta dessert. Easy to prepare in just a few steps. Heat the panna cotta base in a saucepan or double boiler to 50°C until it becomes liquid and fully dissolves. Do not boil! Divide into portions and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Serve with berry or fruit sauce.
